About Swanzey west apartments
Swanzey West Apartments is an affordable housing community servicing the needs of the area. Washers and dryers are located on every floor of the laundry rooms in the building. Each building will have an elevator and a community room. We perform credit checks (675) and criminal background checks on every adult whom is applying. We are Looking forward to helping you with your housing needs. Handicap-accessible units are available. The second building, building 12 is currently under leasing and we hope to have it full by the end of June. We are now accepting applications for our waiting list.
